Marketing, Brand Strategy, Partner and Investor Relations

We managed the development and execution of a Holistic Caring marketing strategy and processes, most notably the monthly webinars, email marketing and social media marketing campaigns. We developed sales funnels and produced the related creative collateral, established an affiliate marketing program, and designed and performed outreach to cannabis companies as well as holistic healers, and non-profit health-based organizations. We also created the fundraising and partnership development strategies and the accompanying assets including the investor package. We found and onboarded strategic partners to join and or assist the team. We managed several of those relationships while continuously providing evaluations and recommendations around planning, scope, timeline, and cost.

We managed multiple Salesforce projects and implementations across key service lines for Ovation Fertility including upgrading Ovation CRM, creating system for opportunity management, improving process for customer ordering, and mass data conversion. We provided structure, discipline and focus to the Ovation projects. We were claimed well-versed in all aspects of project management, and leadership ensuring each solution was efficient, HIPAA compliant and on-time. We proposed project opportunities through research and interviews with the internal team providing an assessment of revenue generation and cost savings through further automation and compliance adherence.
